- في التعديل - ان شركة بعلبكي غروب أس آي (اوف شور) ليمتد Baalbaki Group S.A. Offshore) limited) المسجلة بتاريخ 12/8/2004، تحت رقم 2296 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/4/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4755/2013، بانها قررت بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة المنعقد في 12/4/2013، قبول استقالة الدكتور احسان البلعبكي من منصبه كمدير لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، وتعيين السيد وسيم البواب مديرا لهذا المكتب التمثيلي مع منحه صلاحية تمثيل هذا المكتب امام جميع الدوائر الرسمية. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
