-في التعديل- إن شركة Alcatel Cable France المسجلة بتاريخ 23/1/1998 تحت رقم 1088 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/8/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9828/2013، بأنه، بموجب معاهدة مساهمة جزئية في الأصول بتاريخ 29/9/2000، نقلت شركة Alcatel Cable France الى شركة NEXANS FRANCE (شركة ذات أسهم بسيطة وشريك وحيد) فرعها المستقل والكامل في لبنان. نتيجة لذلك، تتمتع شركة NEXANS FRANCE بكامل حقوق شركة Alcatel Cable France. واستنادا الى المادة 16 من الأنظمة الداخلية، يوافق الشريك الوحيد على إقفال وتصفية فرعها الكائن في بيروت (لبنان). وبالتالي يمنح الشريك الوحيد كافة الصلاحيات للسيد Gilles DROUARD، الرئيس، أو لأي شخص ينوب عنه، من أجل إقفال أو إلغاء هذا الفرع، وبصورة عامة، من أجل القيام بكل ما هو ضروري لهذه الغاية. وذلك كله بموجب محضر قرار الشريك الوحيد الصادر بتاريخ 26/9/2012 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
