ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى امانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2034182 تاريخ 10/6/2013 بإسم «دار الاشقر للكتاب - طباعة نشر وتوزيع»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة اكرام حامد الاشقر، والمسجل تحت رقم 1683 تاريخ 19/6/2013 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة اكرام حامد الاشقر، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار الاشقر للكتاب - طباعة نشر وتوزيع»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
