ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 3927/ب/2013 تاريخ 21/10/2013،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة، وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية برج اليهودية - قضاء المنية الضنية - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الشمالي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية برج اليهودية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
