ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 4105/ب تاريخ 13/11/2013،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية اليمونة - قضاء بعلبك - محافظة البقاع منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام بعلبك بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية اليمونة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 2151 تاريخ 26/11/2013، بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية اليمونة - محافظة بعلبك الهرمل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد». والباقي دوت تعديل.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
