إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادتين السادسة عشرة والثامنة عشرة منه،

وبناءً على القرار رقم 11325 تاريخ 14/1/2013 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2013،

وبناءً على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 8/2/13 تاريخ 22/8/2013،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة ربيع عمار وشريكه للصيرفة» المسجّل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 690 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسميّة ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
