-في التعديل- إن شركة JP Morgan Chase Bank National Association المسجلة بتاريخ 8/7/1955، تحت رقم 200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/3/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3198/2013، بأنها قد عينت وأقامت السيد Jossan Gerald Maalouf كوكيل لها للقيام عنها وباسمها لتسهيل وإدارة الأعمال المصرفية العامة للبنك في المكتب التمثيلي في لبنان، مع منح السيد معلوف الصلاحيات الواردة في سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 13/2/2013، والذي يلغي ويبطل التوكيل المؤرخ في 20/11/2007 لصالح السيدة رتل فهمي. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
