- في التعديل - إن شركة Degremont S.A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003 تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/11/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14079/2013، بأنها قد عينت، بموجب التوكيل الصادر بتاريخ 7/11/2013، مع مفعول اعتبارا من 7/11/2013، السيد Alain POULIKEN، مديراً لفرعها في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. ويلغي هذا التوكيل ويحمل مكان أي تفويضات سابقة ممنوحة، وينتهي في 31/12/2014، ما لم يُبطل صراحة قبل هذا التاريخ. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
