ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 1350/ب تاريخ 25/1/2014،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عيّن السيد شربل جوزاف عقيقي، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة رعشين، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد مروان جرجي الخويري وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
