-في التعديل- إن شركة Société anonyme des Bains de Mer et du Cercle des Etrangers المسجَّلة بتاريخ 18/5/2010 تحت رقم 2548 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 7/11/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 13158/2013، بأنَّها ترغب في إقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، وتمنح السيِّد الفراد نعمة جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة؛ وذلك بموجب كتاب مؤرخ في 18/9/2013 وصالح لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخه. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
