-في التعديل- إنَّ شركة Nike European Operations Netherlands B.V. المسجَّلة بتاريخ 2/9/2001، تحت رقم 2180 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 18/12/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 15160/2013، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، بموجب قرار مجلس الإدارة الموقع في 1/8/2011، إلغاء تسجيل، وتصفية، وشطب مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان تحت اسم NIKE Middle East. وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
