إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد رمزي سمير عرمان المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الجيولوجيا والمياه - محافظة جبل لبنان المسجل برقم 153/ق تاريخ 16/1/2014،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 4/2/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد رمزي سمير عرمان من جدول الخبراء فرع الجيولوجيا والمياه - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
