ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 1421/ب تاريخ 9/7/2013،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عيّن السيد احمد علي محمد البراج، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة برجا، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد سعيد عثمان الشمعة، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
