ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2637 تاريخ 7/12/2011،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد محمد مرعي الشموري باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة المرج - قضاء البقاع الغربي، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد رامز عمر زين الدين، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
