مادة 6: يلغى نص النقطة الثانية من كل من (Category 1) و (Category 2) و (Category 3) الواردة في جدول الاعفاءات المرفق بالقرار الاساسي رقم 9286 تاريخ 9/3/2006 ويستبدل بما يلي: Holders of the NASD/FINRA Series 7 and Series 3 and CFA Level 1 certifications are exempt from the Financial Derivatives examination
