- في التعديل - إنَّ شركة SACOFA SOCIETE POUR L'APPLICATION DES COURANTS FAIBLES المسجَّلة بتاريخ 21/12/2010، تحت رقم 2592 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 6/2/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 1426/2014، بأنَّ الجمعيَّة العموميَّة للشركة قد وافقت على إقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، مع تفويض السيِّد Yves MARCHESI القيام بكافة الإجراءات الإداريَّة، والقانونيَّة، والضريبية لإقفال المكتب المذكور، وذلك كله وفقاً لمقتطف من الجمعية العمومية المنعقدة في 26/6/2013 . وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
