إن وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/02/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (نظام الموظفين)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم الإدارات العامة)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الإقتصاد والتجارة بالإنابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تكلف السيدة انديرا حاطوم، المحررة في دائرة الشركات - مصلحة التجارة، في المديرية العامة للإقتصاد والتجارة، بالإضافة الى مهامها الاساسية القيام بمهام رئيس دائرة الشركات بالإنابة،

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور توقيعه ويبلغ الى من يلزم.
