المادة 3
يحدد بدل خدمة تحضير الدواء preparation من الشريحة E وحقنه administration، بثمانية بالمئة يضاف اليها 86 دولار بدل صرف الدواء dispensing دون ان تتجاوز هامش ال 24%. ويعتبر هذا البدل جزءاً لا يتجزأ من سعر مبيع الدواء في المستشفى.
