المادة 1

- في التعديل - إن شركة GTA (SOURCING) LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 28/9/2011، تحت رقم 2629 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 20/5/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5731/2014، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المؤرخ في 3/7/2013، عزل المديرة الحالية لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان الآنسة كارلا صفير، وإلغاء جميع الصلاحيات الممنوحة لها بهذا الخصوص. وتقرر تعين الآنسة نادين عواد في منصب مدير المكتب التمثيلي المذكور مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في المحضر المشار اليه أعلاه. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
