إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة سميرة ابراهيم حايك، والمسجل تحت رقم 1412 تاريخ 16/6/2014 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة)،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة سميرة ابراهيم حايك، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة اسبوعية، غير سياسية، باللغة العربية، بإسم «الارجوان» تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
