-في التعديل- إن شركة Royal London 360 Insurance Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 6/3/2012، تحت رقم 2650 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/6/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7063/2014، بأنه قد جرى تغيير اسم الشركة الى R L 360 Insurance Company Limited وفقاً لمحضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد في 14/11/2013، وللقرار رقم 159/ل.م.ض. الصادر عن وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة بتاريخ 6/6/2014 . وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
