-في التعديل- إن شركة General Electric International, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 30/7/1963، تحت رقم 313 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/6/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7130/2014، بأنها قد عدَّلت من موضوعها وفقاً لشهادة تسجيل مجدَّدة (مصرَّحة ثانية) (Restated Certificate of Incorporation)، كما تمَّ وفقاً لشهادة ملكيَّة ودمج (Certificate of Ownership And Merger) مؤرَّخة في 20/12/2006، دمج شركة Middle East Technical Services Company, Inc. مع وفي شركة General Electric International, Inc.. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
