-في التعديل- إن شركة مصرف البلاد الإسلامي للاستثمار والتمويل (مساهمة خاصة) المسج لة بتاريخ 6/10/2010 تحت رقم 2584 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/9/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10653/2014 ، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار مجلس الإدارة المؤرخ في 4/8/2014، قبول استقالة مدير عام فرع الشركة في لبنان السيد طلال القيسي، وتعيين السيد هاني صلاح الدين الحسامي، مديرا عاما لهذا الفرع مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
