-في التعديل- ان شركة ArcelorMittal International Luxembourg S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 13 /2/2012، تحت رقم 2646(بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/9/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10495/2014، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار مجلس الإدارة المؤرخ في 10/1/2014، قبول استقالة السيد Rajesh Deshkumur Saigal كممثل عام لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان ابتداء من تاريخ 9/1/2014، وتعيين السيد Vikram Krishnamoorthy، مع مفعول يبدأ في 10/1/2014، كممثل عام للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور، مع منحه صلاحية تنفيذ كافة الاعمال الخاصة بتشغيل هذا المكتب. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
