إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11662 تاريخ 16/1/2014 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2014،

وبناء على كتاب السيد محمد خليل الغزيري بصفته صاحب «مؤسسة محمد الغزيري للصيرفة» الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 3/7/72014

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «مؤسسة محمد الغزيري للصيرفة» المسجّل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 727 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
