إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 4057/ق تاريخ 18/9/2014،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 830 تاريخ 14/10/2014،

بناء على اقتراح المديرة العامة لوزارة العدل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يُشطب اسم الخبير السيد ميشال قسطنطين انطونيوس كرامة من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
