إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 987/ب تاريخ 11/12/2014 المتضمن طلب رئيس دائرة محافظة عكار (رئيس القسم الاصيل سابقاً) اعفائها من القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية عدبل المنحل،

بناء على نص المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 2440 تاريخ 1/12/2014، بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عدبل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد». والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
