إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 3909/ب/2014 تاريخ 9/12/2014

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية حوش الحريمة - قضاء البقاع الغربي - محافظة البقاع منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام البقاع الغربي بالإنابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حوش الحريمة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
