إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخة 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 وتعديلاته (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 778 تاريخ 28/11/2006 (الحجر النباتي وتدابير الصحة النباتية)،

بناء على القرار رقم 1058/1 تاريخ 1/12/2014 (ارفاق بعض الخضار والفاكهة المستوردة بشهادة تحليل متبقيات المبيدات)

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 1058/1 تاريخ 1/12/2014 (ارفاق بعض الخضار والفاكهة المستوردة بشهادة تحليل متبقيات المبيدات) بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «ينشر هذا القرار ويعمل به ابتداء من 2/1/2015 والباقي دون تعديل.»

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
