- في التعديل - ان شركة Karpowership Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 17/1/2013، تحت رقم 2701 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/12/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14461/2014 ، بأنَّه، لما كان قد جرى تعديل اسم الشركة، بتاريخ 11/4/2014، ليصبح: Karpowership Lebanon Company Limited، اتخاذ مجلس ادارة الشركة، المنعقد بتاريخ 22/5/2014، قرارا بتعديل اسم فرع الشركة في لبنان ليصبح: Karpowership Lebanon Company Limited - Lebanon Branch شركة كارباور شيب لبنان ليمتد - فرع لبنان» بدلا من: Karpowership Company Limited - Lebanon Branch «شركة كارباورشيب ليمتد - فرع لبنان». وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
