إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة) لا سيما المادة 100 منه،

بناء على القانون الصادر بقرار رقم 2775 تاريخ 28 ايلول 1929 المتعلق بمراقبة الصيد البحري والساحلي،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار 1154/1 تاريخ 9/12/2013 المتعلق بشروط عامة لحماية الحيتانيات/الثدييات البحرية (مثل الحيتان والدلافين والفقمة) والقرار 1160/1 تاريخ 10/12/2013 المتعلق بشروط عامة لصيد اسماك القرش /كلاب البحر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم ويعمل به فورا.
