إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 .

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد قدير يوسف مخول المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة جبل لبنان المسجل برقم 1128/ق تاريخ 11/3/2015،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 17/3/2015،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب، بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد قدير يوسف مخول من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
