- في التعديل - إنَّ شركة MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 20/6/2011 تحت رقم 2621 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/2/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1556/2015، بأنها قد قررت، في 1/10/2014، تعيين السيد Matthew William Witting مدير فرعها في لبنان، وله كل الصلاحيات والمسؤوليات كمدير الفرع، كما فُوَّضت سابقاً للسيد Hervإ Marie Fran5ois de CAUMIABAILLENX. وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
