- في التعديل - إنَّ شركة الاتحاد للطيران (شركة مساهمة عامة) Etihad Airways (a public joint stock company) المسجلة بتاريخ 8/11/2003، تحت رقم 2264 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/4/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4794/2015، بأنها قد الغت وابطلت، بموجب المستند المؤرخ في 13/8/2007، الوكالة القانونية المؤرخة في 2/11/2003، والتي بموجبها جرى تعيين السيد محمد حسان البيرقدار كوكيل للشركة لتنفيذ اعمال فرعها في لبنان وسوريا والاردن؛ ويكون هذا الالغاء والابطال بأثر فوري. وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
