إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 747/ب تاريخ 20/4/2015،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد بطرس ناصيف الحاج، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة عين عار - قضاء المتن مختاراً بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد ناصيف جرجس شمعون وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
