-في التعديل- ان شركة Labatec Pharma SA المسجلة بتاريخ 11/11/2009، تحت رقم 2521 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/8/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10550/2015 ، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة المنعقد في 2/6/2015، قبول استقالة السيد يوسف عبد علي مدير مكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان وتعيين الصيدلي شيرين قطايا مديرة للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور، مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما تقرر أمور أخرى وردت في المحضر المشار إليه أعلاه. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
