-في التعديل- ان شركة M+W Facility Engineering GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ 14/2/2000، تحت رقم 3006 (خطأ) 2106 (فعلياً) (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/8/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10772/2015 ، بأنها قد قررت، تعيين كل من السادة المذكورة أسماؤهم أدناه بصفتهم مدراء إضافيين لفرع الشركة في لبنان: 1 - السيد محمود موسى. 2 - السيد Stephen Campbell. 3 - السيد Jean--Paul Michael Jenkins. مع منح كل واحد منهم الصلاحيات اللازمة الوارد ذكرها في القرار الصادر بتاريخ 22/7/2015 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
