ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 2007 تاريخ 28/9/2015، القاضي باعتبار تسعة أعضاء من مجلس بلدية فالوغا + خلوات فالوغا مستقيلين حكما لعدم تقديمهم التصريح المتعلق بالإثراء غير المشروع ضمن المهلة القانونية،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات وتعديلاته)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية فالوغا + خلوات فالوغا - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ جبل لبنان القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية فالوغا + خلوات فالوغا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
