ان شركة الاتحاد للطيران (شركة مساهمة عامة) Etihad Airways (a public joint stock company) المسجلة بتاريخ 8/11/2003، تحت رقم 2264 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/11/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14427/2015، بأنه قد جرى تعديل بعض احكام القانون رقم (1) لسنة 2003 بتأسيس الشركة، ولا سيَّما المادَّتين الأولى والتاسعة، وذلك بموجب القانون رقم (9) لسنة 2014 .وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
