ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1545/ب تاريخ 1/12/2015،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/11/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

المادة الاولى: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بنعفول - قضاء صيدا - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلاً حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بنعفول حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

المادة الثالثة: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
