إن شركة محمد عبد المحسن الخرافي وأولاده للتجارة العامة والمقاولات العامة والمنشآت الصناعية (شركة كويتية ذات مسؤولية محدودة) المسجلة بتاريخ 29/4/2002، تحت رقم 2210 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت، بتاريخ 19/1/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 742/2016،

بأنَّها قد ألغت كافة التوكيلات الصادرة عنها والوارد ذكرها في كتاب «الإقرار الرسمي بالإلغاء والتعهُّد بالإخطار والإبلاغ» المؤرخ في 3/9/2015، ولا سيَّما إلغاء أيَّة وكالات أخرى صادرة عن الشركة الى السيد ألفريد فخري إبراهيم لوقا.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
