مادة 3: ان العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة السادسة من القرار 129 وفي المادة 12 من القرار 302 تطبق فيما يختص بتداول القطع المذكورة التي تصدر طبقا لما جاء في المادة الاولى المتقدم ذكرها

Article 3: Les penalites prevues a l'article 6 de l'arrete 129 et 12 de l'arrete 302 sont applicables a la circulation des jetons-monnaie emis en execution de l'article 1 ci- dessus.
