مادة 18: على كل من سكرتير الحكومة العام ومدير العدلية وحاكم مدينة بيروت الاداري ان ينفذ ما اختص به من احكام هذا القرار

Article 18: Le Secretaire General du Grand-Liban, le Directeur de la justice et l'Administrateur du Municipe de Beyrouth, sont charges, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'execu- tion du present arrete.
