مادة 16: يقوم بوظيفة المستنطق قاض يعين لهذه الغاية او يفوض القيام بها الى احد اعضاء المحكمة
Article 16: Les fonctions de juge d'Instruction sont exercees soit par un magistrat delegue a cet effet, soit par un juge specialement nomme.
