ويمكن اطلاع العموم على صحيفة العقار الذي يطلبه ذوو العلاقة كتابة بشرط ان يدفعوا خرج الكشف وان يكون هذا الاطلاع بحضور امين السجل رئيس المكتب العقاري او احد موظفيه على انه لا يسمح لهم بنسخ اي قيد كان او بأخذ اية خلاصة كانت عنه.
