المادة 112
يحق للموظف ان يطلب صرفه من الخدمة اذا كان قد اتم الخامسة والخمسين وبلغت مدة خدمته ثلاثين سنة كاملة, ويبقى للادارة الحق في قبول الطلب او رفضه.
