مادة 6: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من تاريخه ويعتبر مع القرار القاضي بادخال احكام انتقالية تتعلق بمنح المعادلة اللبنانية لكفاءة الطيران بواسطة الالات ولاجازة طيار تجاري, بمثابة مرحلة انتقالية تنتهي بتاريخ اول اذار سنة 1960 حيث تكون قد ادخلت التعديلات النهائية على الاحكام والنصوص المتعلقة بمنح الاجازات واعطيت الامكانيات اللازمة لمصلحة سلامة الطيران في مديرية الطيران المدني لتأدية مهامها على اكمل وجه Article 6: This arrete shall take effect as from the date of issuance and is considered, with the arrete concerning interim regulations for issuing a lebanese equivalence to an instrument rating and a cammercial pilot licence, as an interim measure until the licensing regulations are amended and adequate facilities are made available to the aviation safety departement of the directorate of civil aviation, by march 1st, 1960
