-في التعديل- ان شركة Ondeo Services S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 01/10/2002 تحت رقم 2223 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/08/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11682/2005، بأنه تم اقفال مكتب التمثيل العائد لها في لبنان- بيروت- وذلك وفق ما ورد في محضر مجلس الادارة المؤرخ في 15/10/2004. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
