-في التعديل- ان شركة Merck Sharp & Dohme Idea, Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 06/07/1999 تحت رقم 2077 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 05/08/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1066/2005، بأن مجلس ادارة الشركة قرر تعيين السيدة رشا هبري بصفة رديف لسيد مدحت ميشال رياض لتحل مكانه بصفة ممثل لمكتب التمثيل بنفس الصلاحيات في غياب السيد مدحت ميشال رياض النهائي او المؤقت على ان يعتبر هذا الاخير غائبا بالنسبة للاشخاص الثالثين بمجرد تصرف الرديف المذكور بمثابة ممثل. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
