ان شركة هارتويل ميدل ايست المحدودة HARTWELL MIDDLE EAST LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 10 كانون الاول 1996 تحت رقم 1032 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/12/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9468/أت انها قررت شطب تسجيل الشركة لدى وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني في بيروت - لبنان وايضا لدى امانة سر السجل التجاري في بيروت وتكليف السيد محمد علي غيدفار مدير الشركة لتقديم كافة الطلبات المتعلقة بهذا الامر وتوقيع اي مستند او معاملة ومتابعة هذا الامر واتمام كافة معاملات النشر وغيرها من الامور المطلوبة حتى انهاء هذا الامر واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
